The Director of Samanvay Associates brings first-hand experience of housing society redevelopment, having served as a Managing Committee member and personally navigated a Section 79A redevelopment process through developer selection for a housing society in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Mithun brings a practical understanding of the Society's challenges from process and documentation to stakeholder coordination and developer selection.
His experience also includes practical engagement with CIDCO/NMMC processes, land records, title searches and revenue-related matters, supporting effective coordination among the different stakeholders involved in Navi Mumbai redevelopment.
This practical experience is complemented by a background spanning IT, project management, academics and entrepreneurship. His professional experience includes project management, documentation and stakeholder coordination in the IT sector, followed by academic leadership as an Assistant Professor and Head of Department, and entrepreneurship involving the management of HR, administration, finance, sales, marketing, publications and public relations.
This combination of redevelopment experience, systems thinking, project coordination and member-focused communication forms the foundation of Samanvay Associates.

Samanvay Associates is a professional consultancy providing Redevelopment Management and Advisory services to co-operative housing societies in Navi Mumbai.
We support Managing Committees and Societies across the redevelopment lifecycle from pre-redevelopment planning and the 79A process through professional appointments, developer selection, documentation, approvals, execution monitoring, possession and post-handover coordination.
Our role is to bring clarity, structured coordination and continuous oversight to a process involving multiple professionals, stakeholders and authorities.
Redevelopment becomes difficult when complexity, information gaps and coordination gaps prevent a Society from maintaining informed oversight.
Members need to understand what is happening. Committees need visibility over decisions, responsibilities and commitments. Professionals need coordination. And the Society needs continuity throughout a process that can extend over several years.
